The expected happened with our customer in Riverlight Quay, who moved into this brand new building and decided to hold a party for his friends.. The grand night ended with grand wine stains – red, visible and unpleasant – right on the customer’s new sofa.

The Solution:

Realizing the urgency of the situation (stains stand a better chance of being 100% cleaned when they are treated as soon as possible), we allocated the nearest possible sofa cleaning slot for this customer order. Our cleaning technicians went to the dwelling and assessed the sofa for the extent of the stain, type of material, and what would be required to get rid of the wine stain. The sofa seats were removed as tiny drops of wine might have fallen all around the sofa and had to be treated as well.

Then, considering the stain type and sofa material, we selected a combination of cleaning detergents that were applied in a specific sequence, so no harm would be done to the sofa material and colours. Any remains from cleaning detergents and possible liquid drops were then gently removed using our powerful steam cleaning equipment. As a last step in our sofa cleaning process, odour removing solutions had been applied.

Finally, the sofa had been left to dry out.
