Upon inspection of the item to be cleaned, we found out that we first needed to get rid of the generous amounts of pet hair left by the customer’s dog and then proceed with getting rid of other dust and soil pollutants. The goal was to have the rug thoroughly cleaned while preserving the colour and integrity of the material.
