Moving into a penthouse flat in an upscale neighbourhood involves high anticipation and expectations of immaculate surroundings, certainly. The thought of moving into a newly built, fancy, but dusty flat is not at all enticing, because moving in should be synonymous with clean and welcoming! There was to be a move-in the following day into this newly built penthouse flat, but there was dust everywhere, including the carpet and on the brand new furniture. The flat needed to be cleaned and the carpet required good carpet cleaning. The new furniture also needed a clean to welcome its new occupant.
Home Maid Clean was called in to do this London move in cleaning and carpet cleaning job so that the tenant could move in the very next day!
The Solution:
A thorough assessment was done of the flat premises, as per our move in cleaning procedure. Every area of the flat was then dusted, including the carpet and the furniture, using a powerful professional vacuum cleaner. Furniture was then moved around to ensure that no spot was missed in the cleaning process.
The carpet was given the requisite deep carpet cleaning and refreshing. No dust was left anywhere. All contaminants and allergens that might have been caught in the carpet were cleaned from it with our expertise carpet cleaning strategy.
The Result:
A newly built penthouse flat looked and smelled newly built when Home Maid Clean’s cleaning technicians were done with it. The flat was left spotless, pristine, smelling fresh and deodorized. Thanks to eco cleaning products used, there were no irritants from cleaning products anywhere!
