The Challenge:
A move out clean is one of the most challenging cleaning projects to undertake!
At the end of a tenancy a landlord wants a clean property that is in a state of complete readiness for the next rental. It is unacceptable to expect a new tenant to want to move in on a previous tenant’s dirt and stains and pay for that!
But, an end of tenancy cleaning is quite extensive and few people are willing to handle such a cleaning project on their own.

The Solution:
Our highly trained, experienced and skilled cleaning technicians arrived at the flat and assessed the various cleaning needs in it.
The flat was then swept, dusted and vacuumed, as needed. Areas were marked for pre-treatment before cleaning, and furniture was moved around to ensure that the flat was being properly cleaned and no areas were missed.
Bathrooms and kitchen areas were degreased, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. The stove and refrigerator were pretty much stained and also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. All items from our end of tenancy cleaning checklist had been thoroughly cleaned.
The Result:
The flat was thoroughly cleaned, from top to bottom!
All grease, grime, dust and stains, in all apartment premises, were cleaned out, leaving a fresh pleasant and refreshingly deodorized environment to welcome a new tenant.
There was no chance of allergic reactions to either allergen from dust or from our detergents. We accomplished this end of tenancy cleaning using effective eco detergents and powerful, professional cleaning equipment!
