So, when Home Maid Clean was booked for this carpet cleaning out in west Brompton where a group of male students occupied a flat, our cleaners were fully prepared for stains typical of the enthusiasm of young men partying.
The Solution:
Since it was the carpet that suffered, our cleaners handled this cleaning case using our 9-step carpet cleaning process. First they examined the carpet for the extent of the stain and the type of carpet fabric. Then, the carpet was thoroughly vacuumed and all carpet areas were pre-treated for effective cleaning.
Eco detergents were then used to treat all stained areas. Using powerful steam cleaning machine equipment, as well as hand cleaning where necessary for those difficult to access corners and edges, all stains had been taken out. Along with cleaning the stained areas of the carpet, we also extracted accumulated dirt and dust from the entire carpet, even dirt deep within the carpet fabrics.
Throughout the entire carpet cleaning process our cleaners were sure to bear in mind the possibility of damage to the carpet if the cleaning was done improperly, as well as the possibility for just partial removal of the stain if due diligence was not observed in the process. Experience and expertise, however, helped them handle this cleaning case to perfection.
The Result:
The stains on the carpet from spilled booze were completely removed! The carpet was left even cleaner than it was before the spill happened – it was now spot free, dust and dirt free, odour free! Yet another carpet cleaning customer success story with an awesome result!
