Our standard Airbnb cleaning package includes:
Removing dust from picture frames, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards.- Removing cobwebs.
- Vacuuming the carpets.
- Mopping all floors.
- Vacuuming furniture, including under cushions.
- Emptying and cleaning all waste-baskets and recycling containers.
- Cleaning counters, cabinets, appliances, tables and chairs.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing the sinks.
- Wiping and sanitizing countertops and backsplashes.
- Cleaning the stove top and refrigerator top and exterior.
- Cleaning the microwave oven.
- Mopping the floor.
- Cleaning, scrubbing and sanitizing showers and bathtubs
- Cleaning and sanitizing vanities, mirrors, backsplashes and toilets.
- Mopping the floors and scrubbing the tile walls.
Oven cleaning- Refrigerator Cleaning
- Washing interior windows + sills
- Laundry: wash linens and towels and put away – optional and subject to extra fee, if washer/dryer supplied
Detergents and equipment should be provided by the customer. Should we need to provide equipment – an extra fee will apply.
We can customize our standard cleaning package as needed. Discounts available for cleaning on subscription basis.
For first-time rentals – we recommend a full one-off cleaning, including steam carpet cleaning and steam upholstery cleaning, if needed.
